Getting A Lolita Hair Cut + a picture

I am due for a hair cut, and I would love a style that would fit with the lolita fashion. One thing absolutely out of the question is bangs! I have a short/small forehead and bangs make my round face look rounder, and not in the cute OHEMGEE kind of way. My hair is extremely long, bum length. I keep it trimmed so that I can keep it long without it looking scraggly. Right now I have lovely long layers that are losing their shape and body though, so I don't know if I should just get them trimmed and fixed up or something completely new!
