Art Post: "Sweet Punk Lolita" (more gothic may) :D

Hey all! This is my first post to egl and livejournal. And this post is well - an Art Post! If anything is wrong, please tell me :)

So I thought I'd share my work! I call it "Sweet Punk Lolita". But I'd say that it's more gothic and punk..

I love lolita, drawing both on paper and in PhotoShop as well as I love to create things for The Sims 2 and 3.

One day I just sat down and drew and I let my thoughts flow. Suddenly I saw that my sketch was some kind of  "MY DREAM LOLI CO-ORD" thing.
And ofc, I felt for bats, spiders and such so they showed up too.
So here is the sketch: (Strange lightning. I had to take the picture with my iPhone thou our scanner is evil e__e)




Then, I felt for colour it. But I loved the sketch to much and I didn't want to risk a failure. So I imported the picture above to my computer and started editing in Photoshop. The coloured result:



And as I said before, I'm a custom content creator for The Sims 2 & 3. So I decided to create a brand new texture hand painted by me in Photoshop and put it on a mesh (3d shape, in this case a body/outfit). I couldn't do the hair, but the clothing! I'm very pleased how it turned out. Especially the blouse. I know the skirt isn't so poofy as I wanted, but I couldn't create my own mesh (stupid SimPE!). Um anyhow.
