Animation / art post and HELP whith a SS situation!

Hi, i made this animation for a work in university, i thought it would be nice to share it with you :P

it decided to do this after i saw the puppet circus being sold for 1000$ twice, it's quite a regular situation for us lolis though XD anyway the youtube cutted a LOT on the quality so here's a link if you want to see with the original resulution :)   link!

ok now to my big problem,

i bought beauty and the rose promise and a MmM cutsew from the auctions quite a few time ago and my SS got sick and disapeared, i think probably something happend to her, i contacted a new SS and she was really great and helped me with the situation sending a letter to her house (yeas i have her name, address, phone and everything) but no answer, my new SS says that some japanese people throw out the letters form remetents they don't know, but if something really did happen to Mami i don't know if her family would open an letter addressed to her either. so the thing is this is a VERY delicate situation and i don't want to be rude to her or her family but 300€ is really a lot to me, i am a studant i and i pay for my loli clothing so i can't afford to loose that much money :/ any advice on what  i should do? is there any company or organization that can help me in a situation like this?
