Questions about Metamorphose print

Hello (first time posting on lj), I have 2 questions about Meta. I'm thinking of either buying a skirt or a JSK from there, but since I've never ordered from them before I want to make sure that it'll turn out right. First, can you wash blooming garden/sweet park? If someone could tell me that I would be very happy, 'cause I don't want to buy something in which the colours runs when washing it...

Secondly, I have a friend who is interested in the blooming garden skirt. It says that the waist is 64 - 68cm, does anyone know if it could stretch a little more? Not much at all, maybe just an inch or two? Solved, thank you!
