Ok. So I'm not going to mention any names right not (until I decide what to do) but here's the story:
I ordered a custom hairpiece from someone in late December. On the journal it stated that it would take up to 12 days to receive my order.
One month later, I pm'd the seller asking about the status of my order (I was supposed to receive approval photos) and was told that a "major crisis" was happening and everything was delayed. I understood completely, wished them well, and asked them to keep me updated. (I was never updated)
So..as of about 2 weeks ago, I sent another PM, and what I got this time was:
"I am deeply sorry for the amount of time this has taken. I have been going through a very unexpected hellish move, and therefore everything had to be pushed aside and it just got to be a huge mess. And I am sincerely sorry about that!
But I just wanted to let you know that your canotier will be shipping either tomorrow or Wednesday! I will shoot you a message with a tracking number as soon as I have it!
Once again, I am really sorry!"

Wednesday was about 2 weeks ago, I never got the approval pics, or tracking number.
I don't want to sound mean and pushy but it has been a VERY long time (December) and my fiance wants me to get my money back (fees & all). What should I do???
