Looking in the memories, there was one post asking how they are. Looking at the few comments they seemed to be good enough to test!
Pretty simple. So I sent them the money. They sent me an email the next day thanking me for the payment and the tracking number. They informed me of how it will be as "gift" and will be using a personal name. They said it was shipped on that day, the Fifth of December. They also repeated the shipping address, to check if all was in order.
Today, the Eighth of December, I received the package.

This is a brown bag, tapped VERY well in my opinion, but a box would have been preferred.

Bubble wrap (o^_-)b

The Angelic Pretty Bag. Unfortunately, the stickers will not come off and the tap they secured it with ripped some of the color off. I guess I cannot keep another bag (;_;) Ah well, the tape had secured the outfit, which is best.

The outfit in the "wrapping"

Mint Dreamy Dollhouse! (^_^) The tags and print/button are attached, i purchased it new!

The kachuusha and socks in the smaller bag

Rather off-topic, but I did not even realize it had a full backed shirring... (o_o)
Well it should still fit me if I always fit in their clothes, right? (^_^;)
Anyway!
Packaging: 4/5 Preferring the use of a box, but it was incredibly packaged nicely, bubble wrap, plastic bag, angelic pretty bag....
Shipping: 5/5: FAST! It took them only 3 days to ship it from Japan to me in the United States. It took 5/6 days to get to them from another person in Japan, but I think they did not use EMS for that. In total, 8/9 days.
Next time I wish to purchase from somewhere non-international, I will use them! They can do mbok, Y!Auctions and online stores.
Here is an additional review by
cherry_siwi :
I'd like to add to this review that I've also used Japonica Records for my last bid on Mbok and will definitely use them again to bid on more Mbok auctions because I love how they will keep you updated through the whole process and seem to pay attention to details!
The first time I used them (but lost the auction), they even read through the description and warned me that the seller mentioned that the waist ties were missing and if it was still alright with me.
I also got my package in a bag instead of a box but it arrived safely.
I highly recommend them :)
EDIT: They are now known as Japonica Market. I have edited the link and their name in my entry for future searches! (^-^)
Their website can be found here.
On November 28th I emailed them for what I wished to order from mbok.
You fill out the order form with the item, your paypal, how your paying, shipping, bid, etc. I chose EMS and I placed the minimum bid (^_^;)
Not too long after, they sent me an email saying they received the order, and wait a little while.
A few more minutes pass, and they send an email thanking me for the request, and telling me to send my deposite of 3300 yen through paypal personal payment. This made me somewhat scared, for I have issues with it, but they include pictures and a description of exactly how to do it all, and everything went fine! Being careful, I continued to stalk the page in which I liked the item. There were no bids. I refreshed every 5 minutes, and it eventually showed 1 bid. I checked my email, and they told me they made the bid and their account name/user, it had matched up to the one bidding! They also said if I wished to change my bid, to inform them.
On November 9th [At around 6am Eastern Standard Time] the action closed. A few minutes later, I received an email congratulating me of owning the winning bid. They told me they will sent me an invoice for their fees plus shipping. They told me to wait a few days until they received the item.
On December 4th, they sent me an email invoice, explaining how to send the money again, how much I owed, and they showed the math on how much I owed.
Example:
Deposit: 1000 yen
Item: 1000
Commission: 100 yen
Shipping EMS ~ 1 kg: 100 yen
Total: 1200 yen
- Deposit: 1000

Remainder cost: 200
(Similar to that!)

Communication: 5/5 They respond quickly! They do sometimes sound confusing, but if you email them asking what they said, they respond explaining and clearing the confusion. In nearly every email's subject, they have a status "bar" like this: ( bid 0 + win 1 + out 0 ) That was helpful in my opinion!
