Hullo! Just a little F+F review for some items that I purchased recently.


Warning: If you don't like overweight people wearing clothes badly, look away now.



I purchased some items from F+F's "EGA for Man" section and they took exactly two weeks to ship out, and 1-2 weeks was the quoted making time so that was excellent. There was a bit of a delay with UPS but not F+F's fault. I ordered all of the items in custom sizes, all in white.

Please forgive all of the un-ironed-ness.

The first item:

"Casual Gothic Visual Kei Punk Pants+Leg Warmings"

I ordered the item in white with black thread, and here are the photos I took:







The black thread is lovely and I really like these. The waist is a little bit too big but is solved with a belt, and they also fairly long so I do need to wear big shoes. The string-type stuff attaching both parts is a bit cheap, also two parts are thinner than the other two which is a little odd but they both tie fine. I think they look bad up-close but fine otherwise.
I had to re-arrange the belts on the legs and also I ended up wearing the long belt at the front rather than the back due to a brain fart, and it is meant to be about this length:



When it is, in fact, insanely long and goes down way past my knees - shall have to find some way to fix that, or just remove it completely. Luckily it is easily removed with clips.



Second item:

"Elegant Gothic Aristocrat Unisex Dual Coattail Blouse"

I ordered this in white, here are the website photos:





I adore this silly, puffy shirt. It's wonderfully long and a bit tent-like on my build, but I love it. I need to re-tie the ribbon at the back but otherwise it is fine.

It's very puffy and cute, and will be great after a good iron.



Third item:

"Elegant Gothic Aristocrat Irremovable Vest Ball Wavy Tuxedo Jacket"

Once again ordered in white, and the size is perfect. It's gorgeous, really.

I love the little rose buttons used for the chain that hangs across the front! It's a very comfortable fit.

F+F are not too good for e-mail communication and they never asked for my trouser measurements, but I gave them to them via e-mail twice just to make sure. The best way to contact them is to wait for someone to be online either on Skype or on their live chat service - I spoke to someone on Skype and she was quick, responsive and helpful.

The packaging was good and quick and each item arrived in a lovely purple carrier bag with their logo on the front.

Their custom-sizing was almost perfect, which was my biggest worry.
