Washing Bodyline

After hearing so many horror stories of colors bleeding and whatnot when people wash their Lolita clothes, I have to say I'm scared out of my mind to wash mine! ^^"
I have two Bodyline skirts that need to be washed but I'm not sure if they can be machine washed, and since I can't read Japanese I can't understand the tags!
Specifically I have these two skirts:

They both have white underskirts with bustles attached and I'm scared that if the colored fabric bleeds it will stain the bustle.
Does anyone else have these skirts or something similar from Bodyline? How do you wash them?
