Thoughts On Hair Color

I really need some help with deciding on a hair color, because I do not speak hair what so ever (my hair style is proof, no one ever gets what it is I want! >_<)

Anyway, my style is sweet lolita, but I really wanted to do a black base color with some kind of bright streaks. I was thinking lime green since green is the greatest color in the world. But I don't want my preferences in hair color and my preferences in lolita to clash. I'm more willing to change my hair than to change my lolita style. So really my question for you is do you think this is wise? If not what should I go for? (Because I really do want to color my hair)
