Art Post: Ero Ballerina in a compact

Ever since I bought Burlesque and the art of Teese by Dita Von Teese I wanted to make a more lolita version of her compact ballerina idea.

its somewhat theme related :P

So its definitely ero and definitely lolita inspired. There is no nudity though. :]



This unfortunately is one that looks a lot better in person :(
You miss a lot of the details and it looks a bit funky. Also IRL the colours are the same as Lauduree's

Materials used:

• thick off white paper
• white paper
• nail polish in pink and white for the compact
• pen
• pale pink water colour
• coloured pencils
• whiteout
• markers
• glue
• ribbon

I really want to own this outfit haha. The skirt and headress things are ostrich feathers incase i cant draw and you cant tell lol.and the compact irl his has a milky white see through type mirror that doesnt translate into the photo.

I tried to make the pose as realistic as possible, cause I know it bothers me when people draw people holding violins incorrectly and I know some of you girls dance, and I didnt want it to bother you too much. Though I dont know how well I did cuase I know nothing of ballet :x
