LIW Argentina Masquerade Ball

egl_archiveOn February, 2008, the Argentine community participating in the Lolita in Wonderland (LIW) international forum held its first official meeting. And this year, to celebrate the first anniversary of what we call LIW Argentina, the staff decided to organize a masquerade ball!
The ball was open to the general public, provided they were wearing formal clothing. There were a lot of handmade outfits and vintage finds, and many of us went for aristocrat, ouji and hime styles, not only lolita.
Apart from the music and dancing, we had a giant screen with nonstop projections, two live singers, an intimate fashion show, a little raffle, a make-up artist, and a video showing pictures from many meetings and photosessions by LIW Argentina members (and a really moving surprise at the end).
Sorry for the below-standard quality on some of the pictures and videos. The poor lighting, amateur cameras and overall chaos didn't help at all!
