GL Bible Vol. 4 Innocent World Contest Winners

I received the notice saying I won & to send in a release form via e-mail, fax or mail.  I sent the release form in via e-mail, but have not received a response.  Do any of you past contest winners know how it works?  Do they send the prize without notifying you of when it's sent? Do they tell you what you won or is that a surprise until you actually receive it?  I was so surprised my entry won anything and I'm very excited to see what I won.  Thank you for all you help, ladies & gents!
