egl_archiveSo I have a lot of lolita clothes now. The problem is I still have trouble making outfits in the morning. It's mostly because I randomly bought things. At the beginning I bought things only because they were cheap. Now I still buy random stuff if it's cheap and cute ^_^;;
I'm going to show you guys what I have and ask your opinion what to do to get a wardrobe that's better and more wearable to me. I'm kind of hesitant to post this since I usually hate "tell me what to do" posts, but I trust you guys to give me a different view on what I should keep and what I should trade/sell.
So please anyone with tips about turning my jumble into a better wardrobe please let me know. I know there are a lot of you out there with good ones, please share your knowlege.
edit: Does anyone know how Innocent World's cream compares to Baby's cream? Do you think these socks would go with the cream dress I have from Baby?
I'm going to show you guys what I have and ask your opinion what to do to get a wardrobe that's better and more wearable to me. I'm kind of hesitant to post this since I usually hate "tell me what to do" posts, but I trust you guys to give me a different view on what I should keep and what I should trade/sell.
Here are my tops. In addition to this I have a few very casual tops (light button-ups and baby tees) I wear in the summer.
Left: Baby cutsew. This is like my favorite top. Right: Bodyline blouse. I like this a little. Looks much better with the collar folded down.
Left: Meta blouse. This is the first loli item I ever bought. I never wear this for some reason. It has shirring and lacing on the back. Right: Meta blouse. I wear this sometimes. You cant really see, but it has shirring and buttons up the front, and shirring and lacing up the back.
Left: Meta Luck pack blouse. Has shirring in the back. Great for under jumpers. Right: Awesome Alice and the Pirates blouse. Buttons up the back. Too bad it's slightly too long to wear with skirts. It's a bit too fancy for me most of the time.
Dresses
Left: IW jumper. I like this one so much, but the shirring in the back all broke. I'm not that fat! It broke in the wash lol. Right: Meta lucky pack jumper. I like this one a lot, too.
Left: Baby dress. This is surprisingly cute for being so boxy on a hanger. Unfortunately I have nothing to wear this with. I want to coordinate it with black and cream. Right: Baby jumper. I don't like this the best, but it's still cute.
Left: Emily Temple Cute dress. I love this dress sooo much :D It's adorable and comfortable. Right: Meta special set jumper. This one looks nice on me and came with coordinating stuff.
My 2 fanciest dresses ^_^ Left: AP lucky pack dress. The sleeves are detachable. It's almost too dressy for me, but totally fun to wear. Right: Baby dress. This came in a set with an apron, and it has detachable sleeves, too. The back has a bustle with white ruffles underneath. Honestly I've only worn this at an anime convention. It's too fancy for my life.
Skirts
Left: This apron goes with the blue dress above. Right: F+F sailor skirt. I have the top that goes with it but they made it too big.
I made this skirt and wear it sometimes. I really like it because it's cute and comfortable.

. it's okay, but I don't wear it often. Right: Homemade skirt. I don't really wear it, but I don't know why. It's not terrible well made.

Long Meta bloomers, Bodyline petticoat, Bodyline ruffle butt bloomers, and

There's a brown IW purse, a red Bodyline tote with a music screenprint, a bxw headdress, the jewelry that came with the Meta special set, red hairbows, a headband, white Secret Shop shoes, cat shoes, black shoes, and brown shoes. Not pictured, I also have a pink & white oval Btssb headdress.
I have some plain black knee-high socks, some plain white ones, and these things:
So pretty much I have a random assortment of sweet loli stuff. I want to transform it into a wardrobe with things I can easily coordinate and wear very often. I think for one I need more cutsew tops. I also need better socks and a purse to go with things that clash with brown. I think I also want a jumper like this in blue (I know it's sold out.)
The look I like most is sweet combined with classic. My favorite dresses are the IW one, the ETC one, and the gingham Meta jumper. I'm really liking ETC right now.
