in this week XD *promise*

It's about dress with prints + socks with prints...they look good or no?
example:

It just a example not that I have this dress and will use @_@

I think a lot a about this but coudn't find the awser. sometimes I think that look good but in other moment I think "I don't know"
So what you all think? I search for pics in the avant gauche and didn't find any..only print dresses with normal white socks...
So maybe printed dresses only look good with normal socks and printed socks only look good on a dress that is all the same color without prints? I don't know x_x
what do you all think?
I will not post any questions for a long time @_@...but that question if I don't find the awnser I will not sleep ;_;.

Having prints on both of them, i'd find too overpowering.
A nice, solid-coloured sock with a cute sock-topper would look nice with prints, personally.

I think it is a little much. Also you want to be careful with interbrand color matching. For example the Baby blue is brighter than the pastel AP blue so it might look kind of funny.

I think it depends on the print. I'm not a big fan of striped socks with bold patterned dresses, but socks like in the 2nd example would look splendid with a lot of different prints. I agree with what underthesin said about the sock-toppers, too

This was quite a good question, by the way!

I think it depends on the dress....
like in the pink example it'd totally work! The dress isn't too print-heavy around the skirt, so prints on socks would match well ^^

for the other ones it might be a bit overkill. Solid colored, or just plain stripes w/out extra images all over 'em might be better

dresses with prints and socks with prints can look nice together...
However, I don't particularly care for those match-ups. (but that's just me!)
I think for the first pair, the socks should be cherries, as that seems to be the main theme of the dress. The second dress, I would suggest pink socks, similar to what's shown as a match, but not roses. There aren't roses anywhere on that view of the dress. It seems incredibly odd. Maybe a nice ribbon print, or if you get lucky, a carousel print. The third dress is cherries again... But it's also icecream, from what i can see. Just make sure the theme is consistent. If I wore a light pink JSK with hearts on it and pink cat socks, it would look odd, wouldnt it? "there are only cats on your socks!?"

Its not a bad idea. It may distract from the dress though, so please keep that in mind when trying to coordinate something. Personally, I like solid colors, because I like to draw attention away from my legs...

I guess it all comes down to personal preference. Hope it helps! Remember to coordinate! *heart*

In future, why not save up all your questions, ideas and random thoughts on loli for a bit, then only post every couple of days? That way you won't give the impression of spamming the community so much...

As for the co-ordination, second would definitely look good imo, third I think would be too overpowering, and first could go either way. I think that one depends a bit on how "busy" looking your other accessories are.

I never mentioned whether you searched or not (though it's always a good idea and I commend you for doing it, unlike many), you specified it in your original post :S.

And you do seem to post on a very frequent basis - I've regularly seen multiple posts by you within what seems to be a 24 hour period. Therefore it might be courteous of you to save up your questions and only make a couple of posts a week, rather than a couple of dozen. Your questions and observations are largely perfectly valid...there's just an awful lot of them, and other people have questions too, that get pushed off the front page very quickly if you're posting one small question every few hours. Again, not saying you have to, but it'd be more considerate and prevent you gaining a reputation as a post whore.

Iawtc. Maybe if your questions are those others might have, but most of your posts no one can benefit from, that and co-ordination posts bug me. Use your brain.
