I was so psyched to see the Little Lolita Top Hat...Until...boooooohooohoooo, you only ship in the States. Oh how sometimes I loathe being Canadian. I was going to buy two, one all rigged up with bows and the like and the other plain for a gift for the holidays as one of my friend has been looking everywhere for one. Oh well, I,ll just have to cross my fingers and keep looking. I will find one I have faith.
