Weeeell, I made this Dejiko Costume (http://students.washington.edu/emstoody/garfunkel/images/dejiko2.jpg) recently and it's fairly similar to an Alice dress. For the dress bodice, I used Simpl. 9713. It's a cheesy prarie/colonial dress pattern, but it works well for the purpose. I added a circle skirt, but for Alice you might just want to use the skirt pattern provided and just hem it shorter. It doesn't come with puffed sleeves, but if you know what they look like, it's an easy pattern to make yourself. (if you don't know the shape, I can draw you a simple sketch). The apron can be easily made without a pattern (again, if you need a sketch with some basic measurements, I can do that ^^). The Dejiko one isn't like a traditional Alice apron, but an Alice-style one is actually easier ^^ The only thing you might have trouble with using this combination is a Peter Pan collar, but those actually aren't that hard, either, and you can always do them removable-style, a la` Baby the Stars Shine Bright.

...And you have to post pics when you're done! I love Alice cosplay XD I really want to do a semi-EGL alice with eyelet trim on the apron and bell sleeves and all of that ^^

*L* I know ^^;; I've actually improved the pattern since I made that in July, but I haven't finished the commissioned one yet so no better piccies ^^;

(and I look like absolute shite in that picture >_< Uuuuugh! I'll be really thrilled when I pick up my new dressform tomorrow and can have her wear the costumes instead of me.)

forgot to add -- if you really like to rely on a pattern, check the retro section of Simplicity (...I *think* it's simplicity -- might be Butterrick or one of the other common companies, though). They have a few 1950's apron patterns that would work perfectly for Alice.

I made an alice dress using a pattern for (of all things) Glenda the Good Fairy from Wizard Of Oz. The neckline had to be raised and I had to draft a peter pan collar, but it had the sleeves and full skirt that was easy to shorten. Then it was just a matter of making a simple pinny. My other suggestion is to look around in thrift stores or on ebay to find old 80's style bridesmaid dresses. They often have high necks and puffed sleeves, and all you have to do is add the collar and the pinny. If you aren't sure how to change the pattern, there are little girl's alice patterns, you could use one as a reference.
