Bored at work today I realized that since I recently acquired a paid account, I could now make polls! So I'm trying it out... This is just for fun.

I wish I could buy stuff from Japan but the sizes, pricing, and s&h is out of my poor little canadian budget >=P If I go to Japan, hopefully I can find the stores.

Where would most of these stores be found? Are they like a brance like Guess/Gap/etc.? Or are they small little stores that have only 2-4 shops in the entire country? =(

It is as far as I know more like small little little shops, only a couple more or less in the whole Japan. But that may vary with brands. But I do not think that there's any brand that have a real chain-like store like H&M and so on...

(ok here in Sweden H&M are EVERYWHERE like fungus unlike in other countries, lol! Just in this town I think that there's at least 10 H&M stores if not more!)

It is a short for Hennes&Mauritz. If you haven't been to any H&M store you can visit http://www.hm.com ... ^^

lucky you! H&M has decent, basic clothes for very little money! We don't have them here on the west coast of the US, so I bought a bunch of clothes (including really cute read knit Snoopy pajamas :) there when I was in the Nederlands -_-;

I'd love to buy clothes from Japan but they're too small for me.. >_<; I make it up by sewing more or less "replicas" to me, inspired by for example BabyTSSB and Angelic Pretty. The pricing issue is an another matter but I've discovered since I sewn some EGL garments that just the material cost is very expensive so now it is sizing issues that hinders me from buying clothes from my favourite brands... But I've thought of buying some accessories like parasols, bags and such, it would be neat to have authenic EGL stuff from Japan! But so far I've just spent the money on G&L bibles instead! *lol*
