Get this...my mother actually likes it. ^^;. I'm all hyper now. Has anyone ever tried to curl cheap halloween wigs? Is it impossible? I know it'd be hard to manage, but for like...a once or twice time thing. Thanks for the advice.

Date: 2003-09-03 04:20 pm (UTC)Re: Wigs- if you're going to try, don't use extensive heat because you'll melt the wig. (They're usually made out of plastic or nylon.) I would reccomend wetting the hair lock by lock, rolling it up with a piece of cloth and letting it sit for a day or two. Or, if you want to use a curling iron, keep it on low and don't hold it in place for too long.
Good thing is that they're cheap and you can always buy another if you screw up, right? ^_^

Date: 2003-09-03 11:12 pm (UTC)the stichin babes held the panel and said for curls, you can buy hair spray made for wigs.
and the process:
1. buy styrofoam cones, or thing to curl around with...
2. pin hair around cones, or the curling process
3. use hairspray
4. let it sit
5. undo the curls and enjoy
just another perspective on hair curling wigs. ^^:
