www.freewebs.com is the best one out there. You just put a tiny text link on your index page, and that's it. No popups. A pretty decent amount of space. I hope it works out.

Yep, I agree. Freewebs are quite great; though images hosted there cannot be used anywhere else. Maybe you could ask someone to webhost the page?

Yeah ^_^ Sounds great :) I'm looking into hosting a few small sites (without my webhost knowing... but I doubt he'll even notice ;B), and there aren't many lolita sites out there, and some of the existing ones are on slow crappy servers that bother me a LOT because I wanna see stuffs and it's so slooooooooooooooooow o_O;; So yeah... Uh huh ;B

hehe i get what youre saying..and i agree-there arent many elaborate sites on lolita..so i thought id chage that a lil bit =D hehe..so i will definitely let ya know when i have it up.
