Excuse me, but the only kind of Lolita style I know is elegant gothic lolita--but I've heard there's more. WHat are they called and what are some of the distinguishing...er...marks? Maybe I have seen these other styles before but I just always thought they fell into one category. Help me pleeze?

thats so strange cause i was goign to ask that same question.
i have heard of a few different variations of the lolita style..but i too, would be curious as to what other people know.

ive heard of sweet lolita, and country lolita, elegant gothic artisocrat, ,and of course..elegant gothic lolita...and...well, shit...i really cant expand far from that.lol...so yes, more people reply with more info! hehe

Those are the only variations I've heard named. If there are other styles, it's possible that they have no names.

You're right, I have seen those styles before, especially in the Bibles. Thanks a lot for the info!! I guess it turns out I'm more into EGA and Sweet Lolita, the ones I didn't know the names of XD

there's the punk lolita (h.naoto, putamayo, sexy dynamite london, etc...) and industrial/cyber lolita (union jack, elements, etc..) too. with the industrial cyber, it's more of the cut of clothing than the regular eye-blinding colors that it's associated with.
