I added the red straps and recently some eyelet to the top portion. The bottom of the dress looks just like the one in her photo too with a thin layer of tulle. I wore an apron with it and the bonnet to add some EGL effects.

Good luck on finding it--it's so cute, I love that dress. I wish that I still had the photos of it with the apron on. The brand is "ruby rox" if that helps.

Thank you* This was a major reconstructive surgery. When I found it, it was a smashed in fuchsia thing for .50 at a thrift shop. I experimented with some fabric paint to get it black but went with some car vinyl paint which worked wonders. Then, I added the tulle, feathers, flowers and small birdie and there ya have it! Hot glue a go-go! I tried to post some images of this about 2 months back without much success..glad you all can see this one!

Thank you! I realized that the eyelet that I added recently (which isn't there in the photo)didn't really work well on the top because it eliminated the elastic effect above the bust and made it too tight and uncomfortable so I had to rip it out--a good lesson though!
