Lolitas in the SF Bay Area?

egl_archiveI've liked lolita for a while, but I've only started dressing in it recently. I'd really like to meet local lolitas, but I'm not really sure how to get involved with the community in/around San Francisco. Does anyone know how?
Also, what's the community like? Is everybody nice? I'm not usually shy, but I've heard there can be a lot of drama in lolita communities, which makes me nervous to meet others.
