Saving a dress that bled out color?

Dear everyone, 

I seem to recall sometime ago that the Milky Berry colorway in white bled out on some people when washed... I checked the memories for it but couldnt seem to find anything useful, wanted to find out if people managed to solve the bleed out and remove the bleeding stains? If so what methods were used?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: thanks for everyone's input! I might try the Dylon method first, hopefully the rest of the color will stop bleeding out! <3
